5.2 Bug Report

Well, as nobody's perfect, we're anxiously awaiting your bug reports, comments, enhancements, suggestions...
As I've already received bug reports for other programs, I have to say that before sending us anything you should have done these things first:

• check our news page for bug reports; sometimes bugs are not immediately fixed but a workaround is provided to temporarily fix the bug
• see the 'Version.txt' installed with the server to see if a bug has been fixed in the latest version
• consult the FAQ!!

If you do not find the bug listed anywhere in these resources please report it to us but always supply the following details:

• Processor
• RAM
• Operating System, patches, updates (Service Pack, OSR2...)
• Laptop/Desktop computer
• Internet Connection Type (Dial-Up, Lan ...)
• in case a local network exists please report local IP, proxy (Wingate ...)

• what settings did you use on the server when the bug appeared? is it reproducable?
• which error messages (if any) were shown?
• please send screenshots if available

Having this information we should be able to fix it... at least we hope so ;)
